Cut two pieces of fabric  13 1/2 wide by 14 high
1 for cover
1 for lining
Stitch design 5" up on the center of the cover fabic
Cut a piece of ribbon 30" long, fold in half and
pin 4" down from the top , placing the fold of the
ribbon on the raw edge, so it
will be sewn into the seam
Right sides together, stitch center back seam.

Stitch center back seam of lining and turn.
Stitch lining to cover, right sides together.
1/4 in seams.
Pull lining and cover apart and press.
Then tuck the lining into the cover and press top
good.
Turn inside out, stitch across bottom.
Turn back to right side.
YOUR DONE !!!!!!!!
Very easy and very Fast !
You could even make it narrower and use
it for your curling iron when you travel.
