Stock Embroidery Designs
Please read this entire section
DESIGN COLLECTIONS
can be ordered and paid for securely online by credit card or Paypal using the
shopping cart buttons on the collection pages.
If paid by credit card, your order will be processed online and you will be able
to click on the collection name on the Thank You page at the end of the order
process to start the download of the designs. This link expires quickly,
so do this as soon as possible. If you have problems downloading, please
email orders@sewterific.com for
help.
If paid
by Paypal, your order will be processed online, then you will be sent to the
Paypal site to complete the payment. You must then wait to receive an
email from Sew Terific Designs that will give you a key to click on to start the
download of the designs. This link expires quickly, so do this as soon as
possible. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive this email with the
key. If you have problems downloading, please email orders@sewterific.com
for help.

Note for
Designer 1 owners:
if you have the System 5 software with the Disk Manager for creating your D1
floppy disks, I recommend you purchase the HUS format. If you purchase
SHV, please use Winzip
(not Buzztools) to unzip the file. Please read the "Readme.txt"
file contained within the zip for instructions to correctly create your D1
floppy disk.
SINGLE DESIGNS (Includes all Mix 'n Match singles as well as
selected singles from collections)
can be ordered and paid for by credit card or Paypal and downloaded
instantly at the Stitchery Mall. Be sure to check out the special discounts,
promotions, and sales being offered at the mall. Click the
banner below to find out about ordering options, Mall specials, contact
information, etc.

Choose the designs you wish to order by placing them in your cart. Click
on the Check Out button near the top to complete your order. Mix 'n Match discount does NOT
apply to singles from collections. Please note
that once you enter the mall and initiate an order, you must complete the order
before leaving or you will lose your shopping cart information. However,
you will still see a tab for Sew Terific Designs at the bottom of your screen so
you can continue to browse here as you order there. Just don't close out
either window until you have completed your order. When your order is
complete, you will receive a link to download your designs.
ALL SINGLE DESIGNS from
collections can now be ordered using the shopping cart on this site, similar to
the collections. Most singles are $6, except the baskets and other Nippert designs, which are $7 and $8.

Refund
& Exchange Policy
The designs you download from the
Sew Terific Designs or any of its designated resellers are software programs, and by their nature they cannot be
refunded or exchanged. No refunds will be given. Exchanges will be
allowed only in the event of an accidental duplicate purchase or defective disk
or CD (designs that have been mailed). The goal of Sew Terific Designs,
however, is your satisfaction and return business, and every
effort will be made to achieve that goal.
