Here's how I did it:  The designs were stitched on white felt, then cut out
with zig zag scissors.  (Used zig zag for all the cutting.) Then glued onto
brown felt and cut out a little larger.  Put a piece of velcro on the back
of the design.  Cut a 10" square of green felt, glued onto a 10-1/2" piece
of white felt.  Cut 2" wide strips of green felt - glued on the back for
hangers.  Put a piece of velcro in the middle of the green felt for the
designs to be attached to.
